GET STRONG!


In the beginning of all this blog posting, I mentioned about all of us having lots of diverse interests. Remember when I mentioned that some of us enjoy body building? Well that "some of us" is Wendy, who has commandeered our theme table for May.  Celebrating National Fitness Month, the smaller of our featured tables is dedicated to, what else, fitness!  On this table you'll find fabulous get fit solutions like my personal favorite, The Yoga Deck, and Wendy's favorite, the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises.  She names it as her bible, and allow me to report that she studies it like one.  Come check out the fitness table, and while you're in the store, track down Wendy for some workout advice.
